TC 2.8 is involved in many different types of activities. For this reason, information about each activity can be found in the following categories.

• Programs - This page contains information concerning the different symposiums, forums, and programs sponsored by TC 2.8.

• Research - This page contains information concerning current research projects, subcommittee documents, completed projects, and our research plan.

• Handbook - TC 2.8 is responsible for Chapter 17, "Energy Resources", in the Fundamentals volume of the Handbook. The most current printed version of the chapter is the 2005 edition. We are currently working on revisions and updates for the 2009 edition. For more information click here.

• Standards and Codes - This page contains information on any Standards and Codes that are under review by TC 2.8.

• Special Publications - TC 2.8 has developed the "ASHRAE Green Guide", a publication which provides design engineers with information on "green" or sustainable building design. This book is available in the ASHRAE Bookstore. The Green Guide subcommittee is developing enhancements and updates to this publication.
